Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Incidences first triage
• Alerts monitoring
• Recurrent deployment activities control (security certificates; vendor maintenance; vendor monthly releases; …)
• Deployments support
• Be the point of contact for incident management
• Identification of functional requirements related with defects and incidences on Jira & Confluence
Required Skills:
• Digital onboarding applications functional flow knowledge (NAO)
• Knowledge on SBNA basic internal components applying to onboarding applications (NAO)
• Knowledge on SBNA basic internal incidence process in order to interact with QA (ALM), Change Management (SNOW) and API teams (Mule, Apiconnect, …)
• API log management (Kibana, …)
• Ability to manage pressure during the PRO incidence solving calls with clear and good technical communication skills
• Ability to be engaged any time 24/7 in order to support PRO incidences
• APIs

Desired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role):
• Bilingual (Spanish – English)
• Familiar with SBNA internal processes
• Knowledgeable with onboarding banking applications
• Expert in APIs
• Wiling to work anytime that we have an incidence
