Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Automation Quality Engineer for our QA Digital team.
As an automation engineer, you will work closely with our Digital team who is responsible to support and maintain company’s website and ensure functional integrity and quality deliverables.
You’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of our tech stack and work closely with other QA teams to develop manual and automated validation strategies for upcoming features with a strong customer focus, open source technology experience, and a passion for testing

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in Software development and Quality Assurance
4+ years of experience in automation for mobile and web applications.
Strong programming experience in C# or JAVA and familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, Eclipse or similar IDE.
Experience with functional automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium or similar test automation framework.
Automation with RESTful API web services and validation using Postman or similar tools.
SQL Server experience and ability to write moderately complex SQL statements.
Source Code management using tools such as Git with knowledge of branching and merging.
Proven excellent problem solving, root cause identification and troubleshooting skills.
Manage time and workload efficiently, and the ability to prioritize and modify priorities accordingly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to discuss, develop and implement plans.
Work independently as well as work effectively in a scrum team atmosphere.
Collaborates with DevOps and Support teams to deliver stable and robust automation suites as needed.
Participates in the continual maintenance of automation code and refactoring.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related technical field.
5+ years’ experience in Software development and Quality Assurance
4+ years’ experience in Automation using Selenium or Appium
Familiarity with Agile and working knowledge of Scrum
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a high-performing team.
Must meet company’s requirements for employment.
Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintained an acceptable, safe driving record
