Job Description
Looking for a Business Analyst with Order Management (preferably Oracle EBS experience) The project has many moving pieces so it will be important that they are very organized and can work on multiple pieces of the project at a time.

Schreiber Logistics – new biz unit – a lot of unknowns and things changing on the fly

Looking at multiple changes to current ERP to allow for new functionality / new reporting needs / EDI set ups / continuously changing world.

Needs leadership and strong comm skills / need to speak up on meetings otherwise teams will talk in circles for days – need to be able to mold the conversation and bring the Oracle EBS knowledge to the table

Must Have Skills:

Oracle OM ERP
Know Order to Cash Processes – new invoicing processes, know how the hand offs work

Job Description

The IT Business Analyst works with business to identify user needs, document requirements and processes and addresses improvements to accomplish business objectives. The IT Business Analyst provides expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. This position is responsible for configuring system settings and options; plans and executes system, integration and user acceptance testing. This role will aid in defining and implementing standard processes for the company while ensuring local business needs are met.
What you’ll do:

Tactical

Responsible for producing and delivering high quality, structured, fully tested solutions on time, and in accordance with business requirements and IT standards.
Analyzes the feasibility of and may assist with the development of requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the business.
Responsible for understanding system functionality and communicating system capabilities to the business.
Responsible for collaborating with the business to create
detailed use cases, process flows, prototyping and test cases and scenarios to implement quality solutions.
Responsible for managing, creating and executing test cases and scenarios.
Lead end user training and assist with troubleshooting issues.
Acts as a liaison between business end-users and IT development teams. Consultant on analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance.
Assist the project team in defining project scope, goals, approach and deliverables supporting the business objectives.
Provide support (24X7 on-site and on-call) for project related and company issues/concerns.
Assists in training based on the project need.
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Manages project tasks and change requests for system configurations and setups
Work with vendors to address product defects and enhancements to their solutions
Strategic

Lead the implementation of standards and guidelines of Business Analysts best practices.
Partner with business leaders to create and turn strategies into effectively-implemented solutions.
Participate in solution and vendor selection processes.
Participate in the project concept development and assist with business propositions.
Leadership

Coach and grow the Schreiber organization on Business Analyst concepts and best practices.
Initiate, lead and implement opportunities to improve business processes and systems.
Play a key role of change agent within the organization as well and influence business processes.
Build, develop and grow business relationships essential for project success.
Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and other Schreiber partners.
Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements.
Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups.
Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
