Essential Job Functions:
Good Analytical/Business skills – there is little to no documentation on the applications. When requested to work an issue, must be able to review the code and gain insights into what the application is doing to determine how to correct issue and/or add an enhancement.
Good Communication Skills both verbal and written. Being able to interface to different levels of the organization.
Good SQL Skills – will need to be able to query the database and understand table relationships to validate data and provide support on the data extracts that are used to load tables used by some of the QA applications
Minimum Skills Required
Dynamics 365 CRM online
Admin Power Platform, PowerApps, CRM Form, Dashboard, Workflow, Solutions, Reports, Admin setting, User roles and security.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM configuration and customization.
