The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager will build and manage a testing program to improve lead-generation and sales conversion rates on a variety of websites through end-to-end management of the conversion optimization process. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of how to research, plan, implement, manage & report on successful projects.

What you’ll do:

Create conversion optimization strategies using both qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) and quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools) sources
Have full ownership and accountability for successful execution of testing projects
Conduct internal planning meetings and lead the development of A/B & multivariate testing road maps that will lift conversion rates
Analyze results and identify successes, failures, and trends, and effectively communicate these findings to internal stakeholders
Participate in or lead program meetings during which you will report results, make recommendations, and assist stakeholders in understanding the chosen strategies and what available information was used to aid in strategic decisions
Create high-quality, comprehensive deliverables such as project strategy decks, testing roadmaps, and weekly/monthly reports
Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with optimization test set-ups and present results internally or externally through the production of high quality documentation
Evangelize Conversion Rate Optimization across teams and LOBs
Qualifications

This position requires:

2 years of conversion rate optimization experience
Deep understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to business objectives and projects
Ability to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision
Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated to seek answers, generate ideas and develop new tests
Internalized knowledge of digital concepts & the role that usability and user experience plays in achieving business goals
Adobe Target experience is preferred, but experience with other conversion optimization testing tools such as Optimizely, SiteSpect and Optimizely will be considered
Advanced understanding of Web analytics and experience with Adobe Analytics
Preferred:

Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics integration (A4T)
Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager integration (Experience Fragments)
Understanding of website development (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
UX or user research
