Position Description
The Business Analyst will be dedicated on building out functional and non-functional requirements for the replacement of the CHIP system along with creating systems, artifacts, documenting workflows, assisting with change, management, testing and training.
Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university; and
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an information systems environment or related fields or any equivalent combination of education and experience that satisfy the requirements of the job
An equivalent of education and experience may be substituted
Skills Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation.
Experience in software package implementation and systems integration.
Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex or at risks projects involving multiple resources and extended timeframes.
Demonstrated expertise in working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Demonstrated experience with project management software such as Enterprise Project Server.
Demonstrated high-level understanding of programming languages, operating systems, platforms and a solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies.
Demonstrated expertise with project management software, as well as other software tools.
