Spring Boot / Microservices
Multithreading for the cert engine
Caching
All batches that live in Kafka
DBs – just basics, create tables, query tables, stored procs are nice to have
Manual testing experience
DevOps experience

Cody’s notes: • 8 back end engineers (2 Sr. and 6 mid-level) o Design pattern is built o Will be building backend from the back up • Different types of skills • Mainly java 8 or 11 • Spring boot • Multi-threading for the certification engine and caching • Data will be batches but it lives in kafka • Building microservices • SQL Server/basics, create tables, query, create stored procedures (Complex stuff is done by the DBA) • DevOps is great • All on Prem work • +Kafka • +Mongo DB experience
