• 6+ years of IT experience in which 4+ years of experience in executing END-TO-END BPM project in Pega (PRPC) BPM tool (PEGA PRPC v6.2, v6.3, v7.1, v7.2.1, v7.3, v7.4, v8.1) across various domains like Banking, Healthcare, Insurance. • Good exposure of Pega design, architecture and delivery of PRPC based applications. • Having, strong experience with PEGA PRPC V7.1, V7.2, V7.3 System Architect in design and development of Business Process Management (BPM), Business Rules Engine (BRE) using Pega systems Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). • Having good experience with Pega Customer Service (CSR) applications. • Proficient with DCO tools (Application Profiler, Application Accelerator, Sizing, Estimation, Application Document Wizard, and Requirement Document Rules). • Possess good knowledge in Application Design, Development, Migration, Deployment, and Integration with internal and external systems. • Played active role in extensively designing application security which involves setting up Access Groups, Access Roles, Operators, Application ID, Org Divisions, Org Units and Work Groups. • High technical expertise on Pega PRPC Applications developing process Workflows and PRPC components like UI Rules, Activities, Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Declare on Change, Declare Pages and Validation rules according to business processes. • Experience with Full Pega Implementation cycle including business process modeling, development, testing and deployment. • Efficient in using the Pega PRPC development level debugging tools (Tracer, Clipboard, and DB Tracer) and post development level debugging tools (SMA). • Experience with web scripting languages like XML, HTML and BOOTSTRAP, CSS, JAVASCRIPT. • Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills with effective communication and Presentation Skills. • Self-motivated quick learner and interpersonal skills to interact with team and clients. • Worked in fast paced agile environment. • Familiarity with several agile methodologies and enterprise agile tools (JIRA, SCRUM tools etc).
