Job Description
Summary:
-Scrum master to deliver in an agile fashion leveraging planning, grooming, standup and retrospectives to optimize team delivery.
-Strong skills in Jira or similar agile delivery tools, able to organize the epics, stories, acceptance criteria, tasks, test cases, defects and more in a standard fashion and coaches the team in performing and updating the same.
-Leads the team in estimation of efforts, assignment of work and monitors progress
-Facilitates the identification,resolution and escalation of blocker issues.
-Updates the project manager of team progress and impediments
-Ability to work with the client and product owner to manage prioritization of work, capacity optimization & team velocity. Provides summary status to project leadership including the identification of risks issues
